I went because my pcp referred me because of bumps on my eyelid. After waiting almost 3 hours, the helper began treating me as if I were there for a routine exam. She even wanted to dilate my eyes. Then, the OPTHAMOLOGIST said i would need to see a plastic surgeon (?). I don't know what i have, but I'm pretty sure plastic surgery won't help. What a COLOSSAL waste of time!

Okay I understand having to wait... I've worked in the medical and dental industry and however waiting for over an hour and a half is way to long to see the mighty Doctor. Mighty Doctor you need to check your schedule closer. Your reviews have gone down and down. Get more involved with your front office and please listen closer to your patients. Don't get money hungry and book more then you can take care of. Thank you.

I have been to see Dr Brochner 3 times in the last month. The first time I waited in the waiting room until one hour after my appointment time. I had other appointments, so I rescheduled for another date. The second time I waited for 30 minutes before she called me in for 10 minutes with her technicians and 5 minutes with the doctor. The last time I went in I waited in the waiting room until 30 minutes after my appointment time. I was then called in for 5 minutes with the technician and then was sent back to the waiting room for another 30 minutes. When I finally saw the doctor, I complained about the long wait. She informed me that she has very important things to do and, if I was not happy, she would refer me to another specialist. I accepted that offer. If she does not respect me or my time, I find it hard to respect her. I have warned all of my friends not to go to her.

Could never get a phone call taken or returned. Not from me to set an appointment, not from my pharmacy to refill a prescription, not from my new doctor wanting my records. She sent me to a series of specialists for costly tests and opinions and, when the results finally came in, never responded to anything, Cost me wasted time and money, while my vision deteriorated.

Dr Brochner is a trusted and top doctor in her field. I trusted her with cataract surgery. But her biggest problems are with staff shortages and no backup plans for sick techs. Then there is the antiquated system of bringing you in and out of the office to the waiting room 3 times. The wait time is over the top of 3 hours! When you have other appointments to go to that interferes and makes it difficult. Also she has tripled her waiting room and it stays overflowed which means she overbooks. Bad and unfair experience! This is not the first time either

went in for cataract surgery a couple of weeks before Christmas. I needed the lens sutured in and she was not able to do that. I was referred to Cornea Center of Texas who was able to finish my cataract surgery and went on to do the other eye. I cannot believe she could NOT suture in my lense.

Misdiagnosis and a very belligerent attitude.

worst office. rude. Long wait times inside the office. They overbook appointments. Rush exams. Charge for services to insurance they have not done. I have had the unfortunate expericence after visit of having eye irritation or infection due to the poor mangement of office.

Best Ophthalmologist in the Dallas Metroplex area. Her expertise and knowledge are unmatched.

Wait time can be long for afternoon appointments, but wouldn't trust my family's eyes to anyone else.
