She would tell my son that she had all these activities planned for him then tell him next time. He would shut down and be angry about it during that visit, as he thought they were going to do a fun activity as promised. Then like others stated, we over paid and did not receive full refunds after insurance covered what she submitted. She ignores my wife's emails and voicemails. I had to file a complaint with our insurance as this is insurance fraud.

She is super nice, but did not make much progress with my son and we felt as a result she gave up on him and we had to find someone else. Admittedly, my son was difficult, but in her profession she needs to be able to find some way to connect with patients, regardless of how hard it is to do so.

At first when she started working with my son she was great. However when she started to not make any additional progress I felt as if she gave up on him. She would forget about appointments, we would show up and she would not be there, other times would tell us that she could not help our son unless we were present in the appointment. During these appointments she would talk specifically just to us as parents and never addressed our son to help him I felt as if she did not connect with him any longer and we had to find an alternative.

Dr. Michelle has been seeing my 8 year old daughter for several months. Dr. Michelle has been invaluable in helping my daughter cope with anxiety and has taught her many skills to help her distress. Dr. Michelle communicates well with my husband and I and is always available to answer questions or talk about concerns (immediately responds even on nights and weekends!). My daughter loves seeing her and looks forward to each session.

My daughter has loved seeing Michelle Einson, she has been a blessing for our whole family. I would recommend her highly to anyone that is have teenage difficulties due to stress, bullying or low self esteem. She has help my daughter Immensely. We will see Michelle Einson again!!!! Love, Lisa

Dr. Michelle helped us with our son work through sensory processing. She is the kind of therapist that truly cares about children and goes above and beyond in making sure we saw progress. Her dedication to her work is evident!

Dr Einson is a caring Psychologist who makes herself available to my 15 year old son and our family in and outside of sessions. She has a wonderful way of talking with adolescents and I did not expect my son to take to her so well. Dr. Einson is ethical and very committed to communicating with all teachers and caregivers involved in my son's care. Recommend her to anyone!

She is a very unprofessional therapist. She claims to be an adult therapist, but she is a children one. First, she never gaved me to sign paper work as agreements, confidentiality... She claimed to be an expert in helping with relationships, but she revealed that she couldn't have healthy relationships herself with men. She had been very PUSHY into me have answers about my relationship with my boyfriend. Also she strongly pushed to broke up with him as I could find someone better, as I was on my First session with her!!! Also she sugested to she and I should go out together and have a drink sometimes and we could find nice guys. She gave me her personal cell phone....wow ... isn't?!??! Then she completely manipulated my boyfriend and she turned his mindsets into him to telling him I was manipulated him and I dominated the relationship... We broke up after that.... My present profeessional councelor helped me read of what happened because of her... Stay away from this Witch… woman...

Dr. Einson- is a wonderful, highly capable psychologist. I would recommend her to anyone in need of her services. She is very knowledgable and provides unique help for various issues. My favorite thing about her is she cares about her patients. She listens with no judgement and an extreme amount of empathy.

She has really been supportive and a good sounding board for my child. It's not always easy to find someone who can relate to a teen!!
