Amazing Neurologist! Dr.Ferreira treated me for migraines and MS. Great listener, empathetic, knowledgeable and thorough. Unfortunately, I relocated to Central Fl. so I had to find a new neurologist. I never felt as if I was just a number......Too bad I cannot say the same about the Neurologist I have here in Winter Park, Fl. How I wish I was still in her care !

Dr Farreria is a really responsive and efficient doctor, she takes time and listens. Her suggestions are always presented with options and with patient input. Medications are always presented with time to consider their use. Over all she is an excellent doctor.

Staff (specially billing) is very negligent. They took down the address incorrectly off of the Driver's License. Sent the bill to the incorrect address, then finally they decided to call patient to find out why they keep getting returned mail for "Incorrect Address". So I corrected the address over the phone, that they should've gotten it correct the first time off of the Driver's License that they requested. Few days later I get a letter with the remaining balance saying that my account will be sent to a "Collection Agency"... On top of that, called in to pay off the balance and correct the problem, got NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY.

The staff and the doctor are liars. I have two insurance covers PPO the first and another one that covers my deductible. they said we do not take that insurance. I said then I do not need you, I will go where it is taken; the doctor then waived the co-payments. In my third visit they asked to prepay my deductibles for the previous visits. They had the audacity to ask me for something I early refused to pay. They took from me the $100.00 otherwise they will turn me to a collection agency or report me to the credit bureau. Instead of dealing with small thief, I then will have to deal with bigger thieves.

I'm 94 years old and must say she is absolutely the best DR I've been to my whole life
