The lack of COVID precautions and awareness in this medical office was staggering. I have not felt less safe anywhere else during the pandemic, and I will be worrying for the next two weeks about whether I contracted the virus at Physician Associates. Starting with the sign on the door - "If you are coughing or sneezing, ask for a face covering." The policy should be that everyone must wear a face covering. No option to wait in your car until your exam room is ready, no effort to block off seats in waiting room, no effort to sterilize pens after patient use for credit card slips or urine samples. A nurse wore her mask below her nose half the time and continually fiddled with it, including when she was in my exam room. They were still using in-the-mouth thermometers (touched by the nurse who had been pulling on her mask). The doctor wore a mask with a valve, which allows virus particles to escape into the air. Although I have appreciated Dr. Nino's thoroughness for many years, I… will be finding a new primary care physician.

Dr Nino is an incredible doctor! She's very thorough in her approach. It's not something easy to find. She is incredibly smart and tells it how it is. I have a huge appreciation for having found her and everyone at her practice oh, you are so kind.

Dr. Nino has been my GP for more than 8 years. She is careful, thorough and a great listener. I refer all my friends to her.

She's a very thorough Dr. Her examinations are always comprehensive and she cares very much about a patients. while many doctors are putting people in Narcotics she help me get off of them from a previous DR. I honestly feel like I'm in the best hands.

Looking for a new doctor. With a high deductible HSA, can't work with a doctor who refuses to refill prescriptions without insisting on an office visit. Total waste of $150. Sorry, Dr Nino. Liked you, but your business practices are unacceptable.

I have seen dr. Nino in her office. I would send everyone I know her way.
