Michelle Sunny, MA

I have read several reviews on this site and find my experience with Michelle to be quite the opposite. She has been consistently responsive, an invaluable resource, and one of the most effective counselors I have worked with in supporting my daughter. I do not often leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share that my experience with Michelle has been overwhelmingly positive and does not reflect the concerns expressed by others. I would highly recommend her without hesitation.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Worst therapist ever. Very unprofessional. She did a lot of damage because she's so crooked. She's just after the almosty dollar at the cost of the children. Stay away

She was referred part of a family therapy agreement through the F.O.C . She was extremely unprofessional. She communicated by text often late at night and would not respond when I needed to contact both via phone or text. She made many excuses about her schedule and promised to get things resolved by a certain time. She gave me false hope that progress was going to be made instead she was MIA and failed to follow through or follow up. Although when it was time to collect money she contacted me. Its concerning to see her listed as a Dr. on the vitals site as she is a Masters social work with a limited license meaning she needs supervision. This is the person that was referred by the court as the person who was to help me solve problems with the most valuable thing in my life (my family). She demonstrated a lack of consideration and understanding regarding the needs of our situation. The court was under the impression she would be able to fulfill and make progress. She failed

I saw Michelle Sunny for over a year for marriage issues a few years ago. She even took time out of her own personal life to call and check on me when I had to stop seeing her because of change in insurance. I have called her since for help with my now ex and she was right there for me. Michelle was willing to help me out any way she could. She taught me a lot! Michelle listened to my wants and needs and gave great help and advice. She is kind, compassionate, caring and has a heart of gold. I could call her today and I know she would be there for me. Therapists Like this is hard to find. I would recommend her to anyone

Miss Sunny is a wonderful therapist and does her best to help all parties understand each other and improve overall communication while taking in to consideration each parties circumstances.

She scares me. She works for the courts in Livingston County when they have a case the judge can't handle they send you to her, and she plays what ever side the Judge tells her to. She flip flops all over the place. If your the last person she talked to before you see the judge you may be in luck.

This lady is a joke. She is so back and forth on every thing.
