I looked in my GHI book to find an eye doctor near my home,when I got new eyeglasses I was told I had a catarac.Dr Bragin who I went to said it has to be removed in fact the other eye also has a catarac but it’s not quite ready.Drbragin then told me that there is a new lens about to be approved but it’s not yet covered by insurance.He said he would use it if I pay twenty five. Hundred dollars,I didn’t go for it and three days later he removed my catarac.when the eye patch was taken off my eye the next day I had a blind spot in the center of my right eye,l nebver had a blind spot before surgery just had a shadow from the cataract said after three visits for this blind spot that it’s glaucoma which I never had before but he couldn’t see it because it was hidden by the catarac.hre wanted to do the other eye one month after the first he said even though it’s not ready I’m gonna want it because the eye he was operating on was gonna be so much better.well it’s now twelve years later I’m… blind in the eye he destroyed and the other eye xsttill not ready to have that cataract removed.i left Dr Bragin 1wYrs ago and use real doctors at OCLI.i can’t believe tat YTodd Bragin is Castillo allowed to practice in the medical field in any capacity,money is his only interest.

Poor quality healthcare. Not focused on her patients. Really slow to complete forms and paperwork.
