She does not deserve even a one star rating. Worse ENT doctor ever. She should not be practicing medicine. Have a lump inside my cheek. She insisted it was dental related. Told me it was not my salivary gland because salivary glands are all located under the chin; FALSE!!!! I asked her that if it is my teeth then why are my gums pink and healthy. Not swollen or sensitive to hot or cold. She said because bacteria can get under the gum to the bone and there would not be any pain. Really?Then she said not to go by her because she cannot answer my questions as to why I have a lump; she does not know why and not to go by what she is saying to me. Prescribed an antibiotic because she said it was infected teeth. Needless to say I did not take the antibiotic and referred back to my primary. Reading all of the reviews and all of the serious mistakes she has made on other patients I am surprised the practice has kept her. DO NOT make an appointment with this doctor. She does… not know what she is doing.

Worried, I wanted to have it checked out by an Orthopedic Surgeon. The office accepted my health insurance and I was able to get an appointment that fit into my schedule. Dr. Yoon was thorough in her examination and explained the issue to me quickly. Also, in a manner I understood without all the medical jargon. There was no sugar coating on what the next few steps of the healing process were. I was thankful for her direct manner.

Cancel your appointment and RUN!! Dr. Michelle Yoon, MD has since fled to NY and is thankfully no longer in Nashua, NH. In summary my surgery was performed incorrectly and had to be done by a different doctor after. She prescribed a medication i told her i was allergic to because" I haven't had it in a while so we'll see how i do", had bad allergic reaction. Had post surgery infection. On another patient's ear incision she said let me know if u can feel this as she used her scalpel, they said they did and it hurt a lot...she continued anyway. worst doctor i have ever experienced and am now terrified of any ENT appointments.

Terrible, rude and blamed staff for her screw up.

I just rude and would not properly answer any questions

She seems nice but spends like 1 minute with you and never asks if you have questions or anything.

Insisted on follow-up appointment to give test results. Follow-up "exam" was no more than 60 seconds and could have easily been handled in a short phone call. Charged for a full office visit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Yoon was professional and informative
