Dr. Miguel Angel Fernandez, MD

Dr. Fernandez is outstanding. He delivered by 2 kids and I couldn't be happier. I go from DC all the way to Virginia just for him! He may be late for a reason. When I had a complication during my pregnancy he attended me first time in the morning with no appointment. He cares. I cannot say the same thing of the office personnel. Rude, impatient and not well organized. Forget about the staff (if you can) and focus on the great doctor he is

I have had five C-sections with three different doctors. He was by far the best. He is an outstanding surgeon and doctor. His technique minimized pain and scarring. He operated on me again ten years later--with complete success. He also mad sure that my anesthesiologist took extra steps to address my allergic reactions to certain anesthesia (I had none). He is thorough and goes the extra mile to properly diagnose--by listening and ordering the necessary tests. He has been my doctor for 14 years. His calm and caring demeanor coupled with his well-informed mind brings confidence to the care. He may run late, but he is worth the wait.

Upon entering the office I was not impressed, the staff was rude and not very helpful. The dr was excellent but was veryloud and spoke my business out in the hall in front of other patients for all to hear. I will not go back because of this as I felt disrespected.

I waited over 1 hour for this doctor and then he acted like he was doing me a favor I guess he forgot I was a paying client. His staff is RUDE and very unprofessional. The doctor seem overworked. Will not go back.

What a great doc. Super friendly demeanor, very attentive, good listener. I always laugh uncontrollably during the breast exam, which makes others scowl. But he was super nice and jovial about it. He was also very nice to his nurse. I asked him about something not related to gynecology, and he spent time with me and talked about it. I highly recommend him. I picked him out of my provider list, and I'm grateful he was the doctor available
