Hi, I’m Dr. Mihaela Ivan Holtz. I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I’m certified in Psychoanalytic Therapy, Attachment-EMDR, and also by the International EMDRIA. My approach blends Attachment EMDR with psychodynamic and psychoanalytic relational therapy, drawing on the neuroscience of psychotherapy and interpersonal neurobiology.I specialize in helping people who feel stuck in emotional conflicts, relational trauma, anxiety,,depression, creative blocks, or performance anxiety. I have extensive experience working with creatives, performers, and artists of all kinds—writers, actors, musicians, fine artists, producers, directors, designers, and creative entrepreneurs.
