Dr. Mihir Bhupendra Patel, MD

I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Patel today . It didn't take long to find out what kind of dr he is. He talks over me, he seems to have a problem with female patients, . Hes rude and all of these things are very important in establishing a dr. / patients relationship. I feel , if a dr. is not interested in the entire person and their wellness. " Time to get a new physician " A dr. with a better bedside manner, After all, His patients are his bread and butter.

I have been trying to find a doctor to help me, as I cannot eat solid food due to choking. I have gone through four doctors in four yrs. not being able to eat solid food & in horrible pain. finally found a good one, but she quit after just a couple of months and they sent me to Dr., and I say that loosely, Patel, who I had to have a virtual visit due to COVD-19. I was interviewed first by nurse, who said I could only answer yes or no to questions? In then spoke to him and was trying to explain my symptoms, but I never got that far as he started arguing with me, when I was trying to give him a little history as it was not in their computer system. This interview was approximately 7 min.& I hope it was taped. I get this 3 page diagnosis in the mail that was totally made up, or they entered my meds and picked a diagnosis. Not one was correct & there are 12 of them, At least the other doctors got all of my pre-existing conditions right and none agreed with this guy, who I talked to… for less than 10 minutes. I will be following up as he should not be a doctor , not even a nurse. The nurse lacked a few brain cells also. I then looked up the death rate for this city and it is alarming if not suspicious.

Dr. Patel is not a good Dr. He comes in does most of the talking, does not listen to your concerns about your medications, about how you're feeling. When you make an appointment, you tell them why you need to see him. You may get your appointment in a month or two. If you have something else to discuss with him, HE CANT DO IT. ( ONLY ONE THING AT A TIME ) That is terrible. I would never recommend this dr. My blood pressure medication was making me gain weight. really blow up. I gained about 25 lbs on it. I told him , i cant take this , its making me blow up. He said i needed to take it. No concern for my health while taking it. He caused alot of problems for me with my insurance.company, and member services. I had to get a different dr. He's terrible . Dont go to mihir patel, he won't listen to you and your problems.

This doctor has no patience with women...he hears what he wants and does not listen to my medical concerns.
