Miosha Mya Williams

Miosha “Mya” Williams is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC) with over 13 years of experience. She works with clients of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, grief, loss, family issues, women's issues, life transitions, and much more. Mya is nearing completion of her doctoral degree in General Psychology and holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Capella University. As a clinician, she enjoys learning and educating others on the mind-body connection vital to our health.
