Dr. Miriam Hardoon, MD

Rude office manager, makes fun of non-English speaking patients, weared hours, wait time is more than an hour, doctor does not see patients without a FULL co-payment, does not accept credit cards. Would never set a foot in this office again.

I have been seeing Dr. Miriam Hardoon since I was 15 years old. She now sees me along with my 8 year old daughter. I think that alone speaks for itself. Dr. Hardoon goes above and beyond for us. Than You Dr. Hardoon for so many years of taking care of me and my daughter.

This year we weren't sure if we could afford to send our daughter to camp. We found out yes, we could afford it but it was already AFTER the health forms were due, just a few days before camp started. I called Dr. Hardoon to ask her for help to get the health forms filled out quickly and she went out of her way to make sure the forms were filled out and sent to the camp ASAP! It was so nice of her to help me out! I just wanted to thank her by writing this review. If you have ever been in a bind as a parent and just needed someone to go out of their way to help you, then you understand why it meant so much to me what she did.

Hello,I called in ahead of time to make an appointment to Dr. Miriam Hardoon (67-15 102nd Street, Suite 1-U Forest Hills NY 11375). Upon my arrival the older male receptionist refused to let me see the doctor. He said that I have already seen a doctor on the same day and that if I see his doctor they will not be paid. I reminded the person that I called in and let him know that I have a referral from y physician. He then kept shaking his head and refused to let me see the doctor. At one point the doctor came out and he asked the doctor "do you want to see this patient today". The whole time he kept shaking his head saying we will not be paid you cannot see the doctor. At one time he said "we will not see this patient." Is there any reason that a receptionist has any right to refuse a patient to be seen by the doctor? Once again, I only went in to see my physician to get a referral it was not considered an official visit. I confirmed this with my doctor. I will be forwarding my… complaint to the licensing board as well as the Medical Society for the State of New York. There are 100's of other doctors in NYC, please stay away from this one.

Dr. Hardoon is one of the most caring doctors in the world. Her bedside manner is like no other. And she is the only doctor I've heard who takes calls from patients at ungodly hours. I disagree whole-heartedly with the previous reviewer. Dr. Hardoon is great.

I was at her office with 2 kids several times. The office is not clean, the doctor is disorganized. Very rude. One time my daughter was running a fever of 105.7 it was around 10pm, I called her to ask if I should take her to emergency room or keep home and bring her to the office next day. She spoke to me like she was doing me a favor, didnt ask for any symptoms, was not concerned at all. Just said take her to the emergency room and hang up the phone. So you decide if you want to have this kind of doctor for your child.
