Monique the person that handles the client relations at this office is rude and condescending. So I ask to speak with the office manager to file a complaint which she then tells me she’s busy and that I’ll receive a call back . She constantly cut me off and talked to me like I’m a idiot ... It’s amazing how they treat paying patients . I suggest looking for a another doctor that has more professional employees .

Went to Dr Mitchell Cohen with a very slow heart. I’m an amateur athlete and I’ve recently developed shortness of breath and light headiness. After a lot of testing Dr Cohen recommended a pacemaker. I found Dr Cohen to be very professional, good listener, and very thorough. His office staff is very professional and Monique is very helpful and a sweetheart.
