Dr. Shultz and his staff clearly are working hard to make sure patients feel safe when they come to his office. They appear to have made many positive changes to meet the challenges of COVID-19. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I went to 3 other doctors and non of them explained my condition or options they way that Dr. Shultz did. He clearly knows his stuff. I had surgery on both of my eyes 3 weeks apart. Wow, 20/20 for distance and I can read everything on my phone and computer without glasses too! I have never been able to see this well without glasses my entire life. Thank you Dr. Shultz, A+ in my book.

My husband & I just came from m Shultz office ,this dr's attitude has not changed, he is always in a hurry & shows no patience at all when asked questions, instead he insists on emailing info, we feel uncomfortable asking questions because he appears to get annoyed . We also tried to buy eye drops he recommended my husband to use from his office & I gave his staff a $100 bill & I was told rudely that she doesn't have change & that I should get change from the pharmacy across their office ! If only these people will show more respect to their patients then we would be willing to come back for another visit.

Dr S did my mothers eye surgery and she could not close her eyes, he should not be a dr.

Dr. Shultz & his staff were amazing. I have had dry eyes for years and no one has helped me more than Dr. Shultz. He determined that my problem was related to a lack of oil production and used a new treatment to get me feeling better.

I believe that Dr. Mitchell Shultz is highly skilled in his profession. However, I have found him to be in a rush much of the time and doesn't seem to want to answer questions. He is not warm and caring or patient.

He misdiagnosed my eye problem and gave me an eye medication that caused my eye to tear constantly for two months!
