Hello, I'm a single mother of one beautiful now five year old daughter. About 3yrs ago when I first met Dr. Yuri I was praying for a miracle I truly didn't think that I would see my daughter grow up. My keratconus was really bad in both eyes and every eye doctor I met close the doctor on me. They sent me from doctor to doctor trying to figure out what steps they were going to take. But then I found Dr. Yuri , him and his entire staff change my life. It's has been two years since my surgery in my left eye and a year in the right and I can honesty say my future has never look brighter. Dr. Olenikov is an amazing eye doctor. I'm a senior citizen and was losing my vision but had a hard time finding a doctor I trusted. I came to Dr Olenikov right before it was too late. He quickly fixed the cataracts in one eye with an easy surgery. Recovery was so fast and my vision was so good I decided to operate on the second eye! And I am not a fan of surgery but De Olenikov is so talented and made me feel at ease. He changed my life - highly recommended!

I had been treated by another doctor who literal.y destroyed my vision. I went to Dr. Oleynikov, who, though he was not able to correct the blunders of the other doctor, was successful in performing a cornea would bring back some of my vision. Other specialists that had seen the work of the prior doctor, were amazed with what Dr. Oleyenikov was able to do and have told me they never thought my eye would look normal again.He is an amazing and caring doctor. Just one note, he just moved his practice to Beverly Hills, but you don't have to worry that he's become "one of those"....he's still the same great guy.

Last year, my eyesight had become so poor that I was preparing myself to giving up driving. The diagnosis I heard after a thorough examination by Dr. Yuri Oleynikov on my first visit to his office at Wilshire Boulevard was the advanced cataracts in both eyes. He described in details my situation, possible scenarios of its progress, includeng the worst, his vision of surgery and risks involved, and means to deal with postsurgery complications, if any. All this was done in such a friendly and highly professional manner that I immediately accepted his program of action: left eye in three weeks and, if no complications, right in next two weeks. The medical establishments where I underwent the surgeries, their doctors, nurses, office staffs, and follow-up procedures were excellent. The result is astonishing: now I see the outside world in bright colors I have never suspected exist.
