Dr. Mitchell Scott Singer, MD

Dr. Singer has always helped me with whatever strange and unusual skin issues I have had over the years.

I was patient for 25 years and would never go back to this, well, I will not say. I forgot my insurance ID card but have not changed my insurance for 20 years, always paid my co pay at the time of my visit and they had a copy of the ID card from my last visit. The nurse told me I would have to reschedule, I was shocked but laughed. She stated that Singer had a new policy, I then asked her to call CDPHP to confirm, she stated that she cannot do that, I then asked to speak to doctor. He would not come out, sent his office manager, who apologized profusely but stated that the Doctor said no, that was his new policy. I was only there for my yearly check and to get my yearly prescription for a facial cream for dry skin, the same thing I did for 25 years I would die before I would give this doctor one ounce of respect. Twenty- five years as loyal patient and this is what he did, hard to believe, lol.

I have gone to Dr Singer for years and was confident in his diagnosis. On my latest visit I felt things went well until I received a letter from his office that was sent to my primary doctor. He disrespected me in the letter and when I called him about it he said he couldn't figure out what I was talking about when I was at the appointment. So instead of asking more questions so that he did understand, he went on to his next patient, sent me on my way and then sent a letter to my primary doctor disrespecting me. There are a lot of doctors out there, make sure you pick one that cares.
