This is no way to treat people. Unbelievable. I've been going to see Dr. Khorsandi for at least 12 years. He is great. I just called (for the 4th time trying to make an appointment and never getting a call back) and was told that I cannot see him anymore because I had a no show and a cancelled appointment. I am a very responsible and never am a no show. Even if I was, after this long being a patient you are just going to dump me? I have a disability that makes it hard to get out and about. So if I canceled twice. Maybe I need to contact the ADA. If they happen to read this, I apologize for losing it on the phone. But I have never in my 60 years of life been treated like this. A doctor just dumping a patient of 12 years with no warning. Really is too bad as I really liked him.

I have been to the doctor's office 3 times now and he is always pleasant and friendly. He puts me at ease immediately and has one of the best bedside manners around.

Dr. Khorsandi is a very good doctor. His practice is busy; but I have relied upon him for prostate issues and he always takes his time to explain the science or lack thereof behind the issue; and he has always provide excellent care. Hard working and knowledgeable.

Dr Khorsandi's practices with regards to scheduling patients is a joke. His staff is uninformed and unprofessional. Dr K reschedules office visits at will, regularly. Had office visit rescheduled by his office three times. Has pushed back procedures that he has determined are required also. He speaks to patients in slick persian bazaar manner as if a patient cant garner information for themselves. Khorsandi has been disrespectful in his communications, and his office practices should be investigated and some sort of patient care standard needs to be implemented.

Doctor K refused to perform critically important on-the-spot up-to-date in-office patient urine test while elderly patient was in midst of recurring UTI infections while doctor claimed used egregious unethical excuse "lack of authorization codes for urine tests" from referring doctor clinic.

Very nice office staff. Doctor spent a lot of time with me. I had cancer surgery and did great from surgery. I am really happy with him. Great surgeon.
