I recently had a procedure with this doctor and never went back not even to follow up after procedure. I dint like the way I was touch after he submitted anesthesia. I believe it was not on a proper manner.

I am so very thankful that you are my surgeon, it was very comforting knowing that my care was in your hands. I firmly believe you made a frightening and stressful experience less traumatic for me. God has blessed you not only with your skill, but also with a kind and compassionate heart! You will forever be remembered. My wife and I just wanted to write you this letter thanking you again for your care and concern in repairing my injured kidneys by removing very large stag horn calculi stones.

Dr. Mohamed A. Helal, M.D. performed a very difficult surgery on my left kidney to remove a very large kidney stone. A surgery that many other urologists did not want to perform. Dr. Helal is the reason I have a perfectly functioning kidney. He is probably the nicest and most congenial doctor that I have ever met! Very knowledgeable and an excellent doctor!

Humble ... not like most doctors ... kind, caring. Conservative approach to a problem and not quick to do surgery. Wouldn't think of using another urologist! Respects patients wishes regarding type of treatment desired.
