Given three diagnosis in one visit about my diabetes. Went from “you don’t even need the medicine” to “ Oh you may be a diabetic” after they tested my blood sugar. Then the Dr said I may have to be put on insulin. Changed my dosage on my medication and didn’t tell me. When I tried to get it straightened out they made it seem I was in the wrong. Myself and my Mother have had bad experiences with this staff. They gave her 2 medications that interacted with each other and she ended up on life support. If you value your life, don’t go here!!

Excellent doctor. Although the wait may seem a little long, the doctor spends quality time with me discussing my issues. If he does this with everyone, it may slow down waiting time; but I would prefer to wait rather than be rushed through my appointment. The only negative is the response time it takes for a staff member to return a call. It is sometimes several days. Still, I can overlook this for the confidence I feel in the care I am getting.

It was nice finding a Dr and staff to listen to me about my fibromyalgia and not treat me like it was IN MY HEAD. They found my husband had a low thyroid no other Dr. Ever tested for this on him. They are very good and caring to each patient

Dr. Shroff is a true blessing. I am thankful he is in the area. He is very knowledgeable, takes time with patients (not because you are asking but because he cares), and has a joyful personality. If something is wrong with me or my family he is able to pinpoint exactly the cause and explain in depth in a simple manner. I have had many different doctors and he is the best to date. His staff is also wonderful. There is a small wait time from about 15-20 minutes about 75% of the time but it is very worth it and worth the time spent. God takes care of His children because i did not have that blessing before i was saved, only frustration and aggravation with doctors.
