Dr. Etminan and his staff are so caring and efficient at the Hillcroft Medical Center on Kingsland Boulevard near Katy. The appointment went well and on time with no extreme wait time. Both Dr. Etminan and his staff were conscious of the back pain I was experiencing and made me as comfortable as possible. We left the office with promises of a plan of action. Before we reached home, dr. Etminan’s assistant called with a detailed plan of action. As time progressed and hurtles developed his assistant made calls and opened doors to back surgery, rehab and a better life with less pain. His total surgery team was each so caring and efficient which made me feel so cared for and confident that all was well. Life is good again.

Terrible, in fact so bad that I never got in to see him. I could not get past the front desk monster "Tiffany". I was sent originally to the location in First Colony on a Tuesday. After taking the day off work, i went down and they told me the doctor doesnt come to First Colony on Tuesdays, i was supposed to be in Katy. My voicemail listed the office in First Colony for my appointment. I called Tiffany at the Katy office, she basically attacked me, hung up on me and would not let me call for two days. I called back a week later and she informed me she had spoken to Dr. Etminan for me and he refused to see me as a patient due to my rudeness.. However, I was never rude to her. I have a problem with my neck..i cant see the doctor because Tiffany doesnt want anyone to know that she sent me 50 miles out of the way and made me waste a day off. So she just cuts me off. I asked to speak to Dr. Etminan...she hung up on me again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE There are plenty of other… neck doctors in the area.
