Dr. Mohammed Shafiuddin Siddiqui, MD

It took 3 phone calls to get my appointment scheduled. This would have been my first appt with Dr. Siddiqui. The night before my scheduled appointment my son was rushed to urgent care and was scheduled for an MRI the following day at the same time as my doctor appt with Siddiqui. I called in the morning to cancel my appt and was told I'd have to pay $50 cancellation fee. I was not informed of such fee prior to this. Explained that my son was scheduled for an MRI and obviously was an emergency situation. The receptionist sent me to the Practice Manager, Vishwani, who insisted I pay the $50 in order to reschedule my appointment and continuously interrupted/spoke over me. I asked to speak with Dr. Siddiqui and she said "no, you cannot, I am in charge here!". She said is there anything else I can do for you? I said yes and she hung up the line. I called back and she asked again, if there was anything she could do for me. I began to speak and said it wasn't fair to expect someone to… pay $50 for a canceled appt when there was no notice or agreement of such fee in advance, let alone it was an emergency situation. She said it doesn't matter that they did not inform me of the $50 cancelation fee in advance of making my appt. I began to say that it is totally reasonable for a no call/no show, however before I got that out she hung up the line on me once again. Very disappointing. I will be reporting this to the doctor who referred me to Siddiqui as they may wish to reconsider referrals. Seems they are unclear as to who the customer is and rather inconsiderate.

Dr. Siddiqui has been my doctor for a number of years and I always have liked him until recently when he violated my confidence and grossly exaggerated my ability to manage my own money in a report that I asked him not to share with my daughter, Lisa Ripley, who has been trying to get control of my money for some time becuz as I read Experian report records on her, she has not only taken unauthorized sums of money from my checking account and has shared information that I believe there is no evidence to support (quite the opposite is true - my daughter has stolen from me using a Guardianship she obtained only thru lying and trickery.). I no longer can even consider such a person my daughter. Especially given all the lengths I have gone to over the years to allow her to achieve HER dreams!!!! She’s now divorced and has two beautiful daughters but they don’t see me much any more because of all the stories she has told them about me - almost all of which are lies.
