Dr. Moisey Fridman, MD

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Especially right now. First of all, the receptionist doesn’t wear a mask. Upon my arrival, she was not able to find my profile using my last name, my date of birth and even by my insurance card. The whole time she was giving me attitude and started ignoring eventually after getting distracted by her coworker. After still not finding my profile and looking at my insurance, I decided to ask her what is going to be my copay if we are going to do a specific procedure, to which this old lady replied: “You need that, so you call the insurance to ask that”. After looking at my employer’s name (“Travel’s Aid Inc”), which provides me with insurance, she tells me: “Your insurance is only for traveling. Look, it says “travel” right here”. I had no words to answer to this stupidity . Such ignorance to your own responsibilities and negative attitude, inability to perform simple tasks and NOT WEARING A MASK WHILE TALKING TO THE PATIENT DURING COVID-19, is enough to drive you… away from this place.

I am not going to lie. He is not the typical doctor of laughter and jokes. He is a concentrated and concerned professional of his patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Friedman for years. Recently year he practiced me a D&C hysteroscopy with a general anesthesia in a hospital for a rare anomaly that I had in my uterus; while a friend of mine was in another female gynecologist very named in Queens, she practiced same procedure to my friend in her office without anesthesia. This is a painful procedure and Dr. Friedman was very careful of my recovery and treatment. My young sister was diagnosed for other gynecologist of infertility, she went for second opinion with that female OB-GNY in Queens, beside of the infertility she diagnosed, also that crazy female doctor wanted to dry my sister's ovarius to avoid her painfull monthly periods. When I recomended to my young sister Dr. Friedman; he inmediatly give her other recomendation and treatment for gets pregnant and now I am a happy… aunt from a healty 3 months baby. He has also been the only doctor to diagnose me a small inginal hernia. For personal reasons I could not go to a surgeon on time, the hernia has grown and now he required me to have surgery inmediately and patiently explained me the risks of not doing so. Dr. Friedman his knowledge and professionalism goes beyond of not fluent English and no giggles with patients. As a Spanish speaker I have learned to understand other cultures and their strong accents and not judge a book by its cover. The office staff is friendly aswell and professional and I feel very comfortable in that place. I highly recomend Dr. Friedman

Dr. Fridman is an excellent professional. He cares for his patients and he takes his time to explain everything. I am very happy with his care and i strongly reccomend him. He is the best and i give him more than 5 stars.
