Dr. Hanna did my twins' urological procedures - he is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and has a great bedside manner. Would highly recommend!

Many years ago Dr. Hanna saved my daughter's life. He successfully operated on her multiple times. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand however, don't expect that. As he once said to me "I am just the plumber", and an excellent one at that. There are very few doctors in this country with the wealth of knowledge and most importantly, the experience that Dr. Hanna possesses. I recommend him all the time. Spoiler alert: be prepared to wait.

In my opinion Dr. Hanna is the only pediatric urologist I would trust with my daughter's care. He spends the time with you and explains and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Hanna if your child needs to see a urologist.

My visit to Dr. Hanna with my 9-year old son was a disaster thanks to a very rude receptionist. My appt was for 3:40, and when I was on my way and realized I would be about 10 minutes late, I had called. She told me that I had to be there on time or I would have to reschedule because Dr. Hanna had to leave by 4:15. When I asked why I wasn't informed about this, she was rude and non-apologetic. I told her I couldn't reschedule since I left work early to get there and I would only be 10 minutes late. When I arrived, she threw paperwork at me and didn't look at me. I overheard her telling the other receptionist that Dr. Hanna wouldn't be happy with this. Meanwhile, there were still other people in the waiting room. When Dr. Hanna walked into the examination room, his bedside manner was awful. He didn't look at my son or address him in any fashion. When I asked him a question, his response was "I already explained that to you". Thereafter, I took my report and films and left. I… have since found another urologist that's amazing.

This surgeon is superb. Operated on both my children and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has urological or kidney problems including hydronephrosis.
