Dr. Monica Purificacio Robles-Garcia, MD

Can follow up when I saw her in 2007 as a minor she verbally berated and mocked me. I'm in recovery from an eating disorder originating in childhood, when I was distressed over gaining from 103 to 105 lbs (at 5'1) she said "maybe it's all that KFC you're eating" (my dad and I had stopped for some boneless wings beforehand and I brought them in). I was 15. So rude and hateful. When I dropped to 86 lbs at age 24-25 I thought "how about that now, Dr Robles?" When I doubted my BPD diagnosis due to text I read when she first diagnosed me at 15 (which is not a normal age when such a diagnosis is made), she snarkily said "doctors hesitate to give that diagnosis bc it's so shameful and incurable." Pretty much stigmatized me. Awful woman

I WENT TO SEE DR. ROBLES AND WHEN SHE ENTER THE ROOM SHE TOLD ME IF YOU DO NOT AGREE AND FOLLOW UP WHAT I SAID YOU CAN LEAVE NOW. THIS IS SO RUDE, I NEVER BEEN IN A DOCTOR OFFICE AN TREATED LIKE I WAS NOT WELCOME.
