This is not a review about Dr. Bosque-Perez, as we were not actually able to get in and see her. This review is about the hot garbage clinic which does her administration. My father has been battling something that has appeared to be terminal and we have been struggling to get in with someone and see a practitioner to even start addressing what is going on with him. We were hopeful because Dr. Bosque-Perez had great reviews and I even called to confirm that she was taking new patients. After confirming this and setting an appointment, the clinic took down all his insurance, confirmed they take his insurance, we waited almost 3 weeks for the appointment only to get a call THE DAY BEFORE that she does not take new clients. For someone who is frantic to get my father help, I really want to say that this is incredibly careless and reflects so poorly on how much these people want to care and help people. You do not wait until the last day KNOWING FULL WELL how long it can take someone to… get into an appointment, as well as being aware of what is bringing a patient in in the first place. Shame on your clinic for being so negligent with peoples health and honestly, at this point, lives, as this was a known time sensitive manner.

Dr. Bosque-Perez was amazing. Showed concern for my issues, took time to listen to me and not just rush in and out, and took time to set up a medical plan and test to help me with my medical concerns
