Our family has used Dr Benaim since moving to Jupiter. Fewer and fewer solo practices remain, we are privileged to take and his expertise. Vision and eye care are critical. This physician does it all.

Fast effluent snd pleasant

Good experience until they hit you with additional costs. Had scheduled two cataract operations. Once it was established they told me I would need to have three additional tests for measuring the eyes. One was covered by Medicare but the other two were not. This was going to be an additional $295. Although I was not expecting to pay anything additional I agreed. The tests were on the same machine and we did both eyes. After I went in to set a date for the second eye they asked for another $295. They said that is part of the cataract package. I said you already did the test which they then informed me it's per eye to read the results. I definitely was not told this information in advance and was blind sighted. Not very professional in the way they sucker you. PS I decided to use another doctor. That sum of money is huge for someone on a fixed income. However, I walked away over the principle of their deliberate entrapment.

Used to go to this office, but no longer. Yet they still have Robocalls awakening us at 8:00 am -- even on holidays when their office is closed -- asking for response to make an appointment. We're elderly couple and sleep beyond 8 in the morning.

I went to see Dr.Benaim for my yearly eye appointment; it was such a great experience. The staff was really helpful, friendly, and gave you their time I could tell that the practice is well managed. While I was there Dr.Benaim gave me a new prescription for glasses, so I went to the onsite optical store, and the outstanding opticians were great, I pick out some new eye glasses and I cant get over how well I can see now! Ive gotten some many nice comments about how good-looking and unique my glasses are.

Dr. Benaim was excellent and the office staff went above and beyond. It was a very pleasant experience.
