Dr. Monty Roe Peterson, MD

Dr Peterson is the best doctor I have ever had in my 60+ years. He will be my doctor as long as he is in practice and I hope he never retires! I have easy access, can always get an appointment and he explains everything very clearly. Love this man.

Getting an appointment as a new patient was ridiculous. 1month + from when I called. I was getting sicker by the day and they couldn't get me in sooner. The daughter at the front desk comes off very rude and short like she doesn't have time for you. Dr. Peterson does explain labs and future treatments but never follows up after the visit. After 7 months of "lets try this" Im still very sick and they just throw supplements at me to try, not getting to the root of my illness. I was put on numerous drugs, paying hundreds out of pocket along with recheck lab work. Never got a call to see how I was feeling. EVER. After seeing PA Brittney twice, Im convinced they will not help me get better. Her words were, "after all these test (including a CT which is easily $1200) we can't figure out whats wrong with you, then you can see someone else." She insisted i buy a book to read about one of my symptoms, suggested I get on the HCG diet to loose weight (injecting hormones while on a 500… cal diet). How is this healthy for someone that is having HORMONE problems?!?! Long story short, I quit going to Dr. Peterson and stopped all medications they prescribed. Seeing an Internal Medicine Specialist now. This Clinic may be helpful for people with colds, NOT for people with true illnesses that need more attention.

I have been with Dr Peterson 6 mabye 7 years mthly fee is automatic charged to my credit card Never an issue with payment and never is it missed either He really does have a concern He is personable and you leave with confidence On the other hand he has replaced a very nice person with his daughter who perfers to recongized at the Office Manager This past year I have had nothing but problems with this girl. In charge interagates no compassion understanding very defensive which makes it impossible to discuss anything with her She is doing you a favor to just talk to you whether she listens or not which she doesn't Has belittled me and best of all hung up on me twice At no time has there ever even been a slight attempt to appologize as you would think a professional "Office Mgr" as she perfers to be called would do Since she hung up on me this time and would not answer my calls I sent an e-mail requesting an appt with Dr Peterson or PA Brittney for Mon or Tues anytime available … She wrote back I would get a phone call appt with someone from the office which could even mean Dr's brother who is not a Dr according to him! I also received a termination letter stating since I have had decrepencies with other office I am not longer a patient It's only been her I wonder if her dad the Dr is aware of how she treats his patients It's obvious she has no idea that she gets paid from the patients I will be walking in at 9:am Tues for my appt. I'm paid for the month I'm intitled to an appt with my Dr for an on going and currently under medication illness

Excellent Doctor but beware his staff - friendly on the surface but turn into completely different people if you do not accept their rude, discourteous and unprofessional bedside manner. We left him because his staff was horrible.....and we were paying premium $$$ for their Concierge Level Membership Service! Again...great Doctor, but not worth it when you have to deal with rude, disrespectful front office and support staff. They are in dire need of customer service and professional communications training.

Dr. Peterson really loves medicine and healing. He extends himself to thoroughly explain laboratory results and treat the whole patient. His warm greeting and friendly demeanor immediatlely put one at ease. His office is the perfect combination of high tech and the close family doctor who made house calls.

I moved out of state only to move back after 6 months. Now I lost my spot and hope and pray on a waiting list. Its true we never know what we have until we lose it. Dr. Peterson is the best Physician you'll never have. I truly miss his practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Peterson for about 5-6 years. I am so thankful to have found him. He is excellent in his field. He is compassionate and has excellent instincts. His staff is as kind, considerate and professional as he is. I have been through thick and thin with this staff and highly recommend this practice.
