During my first visit, the doctor's greeting was aloof. I let him know why I was there and he took many notes. On my second visit, he did not seem to know all the details to my situation. He told me everything looked fine. I asked a question and he acted bothered and made a rude remark because he was not ready to give more information. I asked another question and he acted bothered again and made another uncalled for comment about my situation. I expect a professional working with the public to have manners. I will not make an appointment with him and will never refer him to anyone.

Dr. Olenick him self was very nice and great. I went to see him a few months ago for breast reduction and insurance denied me. This is where I started having issues. I was told they would send me information to send and they never. So then I was told to come down they would take new pictures and give me the letter and pictures then and there. I made a time to go and see them and the office ladies were not there when I arrived. She took the pictures when she got there and then told me she would email the pictures and the letters later that day. I gave my email. It has been nearly three weeks and I still have nothing, I believe it is partial because the lady found out why I was denied and said there is such a low chance of getting an appeal that she has made this a low priority for her. When I called back after two weeks the lady who answered the phone did not know anything and I still have not gotten a call back. I recommend him as long as you are sure your surgery will be approved so… you don't have to go through appeals.
