Dr. Moses Abraham Laufer, MD

Dr Moses Laufer, is a solid integrative dr and healer, who is helping me slowly but surely get better after years of illness. Thank you Dr Laufer! He is an endocrinologist with 30 years of experience, and combines this knowledge with other integrative therapies to repair the immune and endocrine systems.

I've been seeing Dr. Laufer for 10 years. He is the most caring doctor. My issues are complicated and many so I know that it's not easy for him at times. He always makes the right decisions for me and really cares. I'm thankful for him.

I went to Dr. Laufer because I had some weird futtering in my chest and I thought I might have a heart attack down the road. I'm 24. So I go in all worried thinking about heart conditions and whatnot, and long story short he nailed down a lot of the problems can be attributed to my diet, and prescribed a monitored stress test to make sure I didn't have any heart conditions or abnormalities. He has me keeping an eye on things if anything pops up, but I really like how he didn't try to put me on medication right away. I could tell he's in it for the long haul and doesn't just want me to put a band-aid over the problem and leave him alone. Very positive experience :)

I have been without a doctor for the last couple of years. At 54 it was time for a full check up. I went in to see Dr. Laufer and was very happy with his care. He ordered a bunch of tests, and spent a lot of time with me carefully asking me about my health history. I went back in 2 weeks to find out the results and see how I was doing. The doctor went through each test and explained exactly where I was at health wise. Luckily I am in pretty good shape. He made some suggestions and I found him to be very caring which is a nice change from the big hospitals.

I've been to three doctors at Holtorf Medical Group in the past four years and Dr. Laufer is the best one so far. (The other two are no longer with HMG.) HMG doesn't take my insurance and they cost a lot up front but I've had no trouble being partially reimbursed by my insurance. Laufer's treatments have worked better for me than my previous MD and he doesn't prescribe anything that I'm allergic to, unlike other doctors that typically ignore my long list of allergens. A compounding pharmacy is on-site and that makes it much easier to have my prescriptions refilled than those prescribed by my previous doctor at another medical center. Most of all, Laufer Listens! Nowhere near as arrogant as most doctors.

I appreciate the time, patience and knowledge Dr. Laufer possesses. I appreciate that the Holtorf doctors keep up to date with medical news and freely shares it with us.

Dr. Laufer means a lot to me. My health issues are difficult to treat, which makes me a nuisance at times. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a patient of Holtorf's.

Dr. Laufer was/is wonderfull. He knew exactly what was wrong with me and ordered the correct tests. He cared about me and my thoughts on what I was feeling and what I was going thru. Everyone at the HOLTORF CLINIC was friendly and helpfull. I am so glad I found it!
