Unable to get an appointment with the doctor. The scheduler was rude and hung up. Told me I cannot speak with doctor. This wonderful world of medical assistants, schedulers, etc all high school running the doctor.

HDr Nayer allowed a nurse practitioner to wbe at office after being in contact with covid. When I complained his response was WHO IS RUNNING THE OFFICE? Having an immuno compromised child I could not take that risk and left. SThe nurse practitioner was at the office all day that day. He puts employees and patients at risk while being at home in Henderson. Only cares about himself.

I am the caregiver and legal guardian for my sister, she has seen several neurologists but after first visit, she would be seen by a someone under them, not with Dr Nayer, he is the one who sees her, he's kind, friendly, explains things will, takes his time, the office staff are just as amazing, I've shared our experience with others and will continue to do so. My sister was born mentally and physically challenged, Dr Nayer is the first neurologist she loves going to. Cindy Pegram

Unfortunately I didn't see the Dr. Offictaff called me the day before to confirm my appt. at 11:30 on 9-5-19. I advised no that's not the time as I do radiation in Kingman at 11:00. It was for 2:00. She asked if I could make it by 2:00 and I replied yes. I had my phone on speaker so my fiance' could hear as well. We got there well before time, did paperwork and paid co-pay. The place was packed like sardines. After waiting an hour a lady in the lobby said her son's appt. was at 230 and I replied mine was at 2:00. She said it's always like this here. Another lady was also upset talking with office staff about her appt. My fiance' went and asked about mine in which she replied that my appt. was 2:45. Mind you, it is already 3:00. I then went up to refresh her memory about our conversation on the phone which she preferred to let me know she was right and I was wrong. Before retiring, I was in Management most of my working career. I would have fired her on the spot! And I'm a very caring… person. I don't care what they may show in their computer, they can put what they want, but I know what time I had. I told her to give me back my co-pay and I would not be back. I'm sure Dr. Nayer doesn't know what goes on but he needs to be informed.

Dr Nayer after an examination and after several questions stated what his determination was, this was later proven correct after lab and blood tests. I had been misdiagnosed by multiple Doctors including a hospital staff over the past five or six years. Thankfully my primary Dr. referred me to Dr MA Nayer.

Saw Dr. Nayer after a fall that injured my left knee and shoulder. He did a NCT and NVT and told me "It's just a sprain. Nothing wrong with you. After limping around for a week I saw a different doctor. He found I had torn the left bicep tendon and split the meniscus in my knee. I had surgery 3 weeks later and I am fine now. Stay away from Nayer if you value your health and life!

Dr. Nayer told another internal medicine doctor that if I lost my weight I would not have the health issues I have. I have lost weight, but still have the same health problems. After I told him what the other doctor said, he shifted my care to Temple Gupta. The last visit with her was a disaster when she questioned everything I said and became so rude. I left the office and will never return. I was a patient of both of them for many years. Could never recommend them.

he is to busy dying his hair , all he does is send you out to other dr , never spends time with you or gives you any information, would never recommend him , stay away

I have been waiting over a week to get my prescription filled, pharmacy faxed a message to Dr. TEMPLE GUPTA stating my insurance wants to know why she has prescribed Lyrica. I left a phone message for her Assistant informing her of this 2 days ago asking for samples to hold me over until my meds were filled, I never received a call so here it is 4 o'clock on Friday and I am without my meds for the weekend. THANK YOU!

I HAVVE SEEN DR NAYER FOR 10 YEARS FOR MY SEIZURES AND EPIPSEY I LIKE HIM ALOT AND IS VERY CONCERNED
