Excellent and caring care in hospital after my wife fell down the stairs. I am a physician and really appreciated the concern and thoroughness.

Dr. Siddiqi made sure to explain MRI images and implications thoroughly. He was conscientious of my time and involvement in the care he was providing. A considerate presence during a difficult time.

Great caring knowledgeable Nurologist,I had seen multiple neurologist during last couple of years for my chronic daily headaches without any benefit, Dr Siddiqi had spent a lot of time for getting detail history and examination and diagnosed me differtnt type of Headache known as occipital neuralgia; with his treatment currently I am headache free and having a great life with my family; I am grateful for his care, there is no doubt that he is wonderful neurologist

I had an appointment with Dr. Siddiqi last week and my wife and I were very impressed with his medical knowledge, understanding of possible problems that could arise with heart attack patients, his plan of exams scheduled to assess any potential health problems and conditions, and his friendly manner.

I suffer from really bad migraines and constant head aches. Siddiqi prescribed me a daily medication that made me feel like a zombie and depressed along with other awful side effects. when I informed him that I wanted to go off of it because the side effects were worse than the headaches he became very rude and defensive stating that no medication is side effect free and he can refer me to a different neurologist in Tampa with a sign that says headache specialist if seeing that sign would make me feel better and maybe they know of a drug that is side effect free. He ordered multiple tests on me (mri, blood tests, and some other scan) when insurance wouldn’t cover one of the scans he suddenly didn’t need it anymore and when I got my blood test done else where he suddenly didn’t need it on file and looked at it for less than a second which now leads me to think he was just trying to get money out of referrals. When I told him I didn’t want to continue taking my current prescription he… only offered me two alternative - one that caused wait gain and birth defects -and another one had to take 3 times a day and made me tired. After telling him I’d rather deal with the headaches he prescribed me one anyway. I then asked if I was able to have some sort of doctors note or proof of my diagnosis that would help excuse me from class or an exam Incase I were to ever get a migraine on one of those dates and he told me I would have to go to a normal doctor or hospital the day of my Migraine for that even though I am unable to drive or function when I have a migraine. He saw me for all of 5 minutes and never asked how my headaches were was just rude and forced another prescription on me.

Beware. This doctor gave me trigger point injections for the wrong type of migraine. I have divots on my forehead and scalp, along with red patches and hair loss. Simply devastating. When I spoke to him about it he only denies that he did anything. Although two pathology reports, two dermotologist and one nerulogist conclude that what I have is indeed steroid atrophy cause by trigger point injections. He is abrasive and rude.
