If you have multiple health conditions it will take you years of appointments to address basic treatments and prescriptions. I have been going to this office for years, seen PA's and NP's as well as MA's come and go. But nothing has changed. They still take weeks to months to call in basic prescriptions, if they call them in at all. The default is to blame the pharmacy so they told me two years ago to start calling the office directly, they forbade me from having the pharmacy fax them, which is standard procedure for non-controls. When they don't call you back on labs or tests despite you calling them and the lab company they blame the company who ran the tests. My lab company actually sends a copy and come to find out I have had abnormal liver tests for years they never discussed with me despite the fact that those labs matched my symptoms. They diagnosed me with another condition, hypothyroidism, when the labs and my symptoms show I have hyperthyroidism and when I tried to talk to… someone other than the receptionist I got a call back and another receptionist told me that Dr. Setty said to just take the levothyroxine (a thyroid medication used to treat hypothyroidism) despite the fact that taking that medication would make hyperthyroidism worse. When I was hospitalized for it and I told them I couldn't take that medication and I needed treatment for the right condition they told me to talk to the doctor who told me that then but keep taking the levothyroxine. Yeah, the ER doctor who read a basic lab is going to be someone I should see about this, not my primary care doctor who lists endocrinology as one of her specialties. And now that I am trying to find a new doctor they keep refusing to forward my records and I had to file a complaint with the Board of Medicine to hopefully get them to quit being ridiculous and send them.

Dr Setty is excellent. Friendly, listens and finds a solution. You can tell that she has a passion for what she does. She is well read, educated, knowledgeable and a hard worker too. My experiences with her has been good. Her front office needs training in ‘service quality’. Waiting times can be abusedly long. This practice charges for refills at same rate as a visit. Also they charged for EKG performed on a broken machine that didn’t results. My recommendation is that they badly need to hire a professional to clean up their service process. Service process is making an excellent doctor look bad. Also front desk personnel needs training in service quality.

This was the worst experience with a DR I have ever had. Rude unprofessional and completely uncouth. I would recommend the veteran before I would go back to her. I got better service from McDonald's. Katie Morrison her employee is even worse. Word to the wise!

Waited for 2 hours in a packed waiting room just to be told that the doctor called a complete staff meeting. They didn't tell anyone upon signing in that they weren't going to be taken care of. You can't see the doctor for a couple months, you'll be taken care of by a PA. Totally incorrectly billed my insurance companies that would have paid in full, so now they're billing me for their mistakes.

Easier to get in with PA or NO then Dr Sett herself. Love her she listens. However the office staff has couple of bad apples. Sometimes have been in office for four hours to get what needed after calling in request multiple times.

Don't even try this doctor, she never sees you, she has her PA see you all the time and it's never the same one because they cannot keep staff in this office. The review of a 1 star is not accurate, that means they've done something correct and they don't in this office
