Dr. Murray Brand

The waiting time to be seen by a doctor in this office is brutal. For example: I would typically wait in a small waiting room crowded with sick people for about 30 to about 60 minutes before going to an examination room. Then, I would wait almost half an hour by myself in an examination room before being seen by the doctor. Calling this office is also challenging. There were quite a few times we had leave a message on the voicemail during business hours, and a couple of times they never called us back. The office assistants have been curt in their communication with us, and other patients. After going to this office for many years out of convenience, we decided to try another health care provider. We are happier with the change.

Staff are so rude. The Doctor's don't care at all. I've never had such a horrible experience at any other Dr office in my 40 years of life.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brand since he first opened his practice over 40 years ago. Dr. Brand truly is a uniquely excellent and caring physician. He is professional, thorough, and his credential and experience make him a great doctor, and his friendly, caring, easy-going manner make him likeable and easy to trust. I trust him implicitly and highly recommend him to anyone of any age.
