doctor is great! reminds me of my childhood doctor that spent the time, caring and knows how to make people better. I always enjoy my visits even when im sick.

Read the other reviews and look at other sites. They speak volumes about this Dr. He should really be in another profession as this man just doesn't seem to care. I felt like I was just another insurance premium being processed. My questions to the manager, who was quite rude, were handled unprofessionally and with no concern what so ever about me. It was apparent she deals will upset patients on a regular basis and is more of a robot than a person with any type of compassion. This Dr has no bedside manner and didn't seem to have any interest in what I was telling him. I felt as if I was wasting his time. I found a Dr that cares and encourage you to do the same. It can be a matter of life or death...think about that and if you want some that cares or doesn't!

This is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. Did not treat any of my conditions and suggested I research them myself. He should not be allowed to practice. He Gould be sued for his lack of professionalism, ignorance and not treating problems that will grow worse.

This man was stunningly unhelpful.

Dr K took good care when removing a painful wart from under my toenail (eek). The room was like an OR, he stayed while the numbness kicked in then cut the nail then removed the wart. He lectured me on how to improve my health and I'll live longer by following his advice. I easily made 2 appointments. Michelle, Susie and Ashley were very professional and helpful. I have insurance but he's not expensive if you have to pay yourself. I would recommend Dr K to visiting snowbirds, friends, friends with kids. Dr Kimmel does clinical research, too, so he is on the cutting edge of medicine.

An intelligent and compassionate doctor whom takes the time to listen and with his knowledge and experience has improved my health tremendously. He truly is the real deal. A superb doctor!

My primary care physician (PCP) recently went into private practice, leaving me without a PCP. I decided to find one, as I just had a baby and have been experiencing some concerning health issues. I found Dr. Kimmel on my insurance company's website. I went to his office with my mother and three children (ages 5, 3, and 4 months). When I checked in at the front desk, I was surprised at the unfriendliness of the front office staff. They weren't particularly rude, but very business-like. No pleasantries, just "need your co-pay, have a seat, we'll call you soon." I brushed it off because I figured that I should give the Dr. a chance. Dr. Kimmel was Ok, I wasn't impressed, but he wasn't bad either and since it was my first visit, I figured I should at least give it another shot. The Dr. gave me orders to go get blood work done and told me to schedule a follow-up to get my results. I went a got my blood drawn and scheduled a follow up. This time, I went with my father and three children, I… was, unfortunately, not surprised by the unwelcome feeling I again felt radiating from the girls at the front desk. However, I was surprised by the friendliness they showed to an older gentleman who came in behind me, even going so far as to ask about his car troubles. While I was waiting to be called in, I realized that my, now 5 month old, daughter needed a diaper change. I went to the front desk and asked if they had a changing table in the bathroom that I could use. With obvious disgust, the lady at the counter asked if the diaper was poopy, to which I responded yes. She then told me she would give me a plastic bag and I could take the diaper with me because I couldn't leave there and directed me to the bathroom. Imagine my surprise when I opened the bathroom door and found only a toilet and a standalone sink. No counter, no chair, no table. This woman who work here and knows what is in the bathroom just sent me in here to change my child on a Dr's office bathroom floor, toilet, or sink, which I was not going to do. I left the bathroom and went back to the front counter where I told them that due to the limited options, I was going to have to change my daughter on a changing pad in the waiting room. I was told that I wasn't allowed to do so and that I would have to wait to be called back to an office to use the table. She also repeatedly stated that their office doesn't see children, however, looking online, they are listed as a Family Medical Practice. I ended up getting my copay back and leaving. The woman I spoke to that time was rude and disrespectful. I called later and was again treated very rudely, denied my test results, and hung up on. All of this was done in front of my children and other patients in the office and was absolutely humiliating. I would NEVER go back to this office for ANYTHING! I still do not have my test results and have no idea if there is a problem or not. I wanted to give the Dr. the benefit of the doubt, but since he has not responded to my complaint to the Better Business Bureau, I would have to assume that he doesn't care how his staff treats his patients.
