Do not go here for pregnancy. Please go somewhere else. She does not deliver babies and she refers you to an incompetent unprofessional just terrible doctor for delivery or anything else she doesn't do. Go anywhere else! I lost my baby and her office has never given me my only memories, my baby's ultrasound pictures. Multiple requests and they never gave me

I went to Dr. Fauzia for both of my pregnancies. I would say that Dr. Fauzia is one of the best gynecologist in Northern Virginia area. Originally, I went searching online for a good and knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Fauzia’s profile top my list with her treating-patient experience and teaching experience at John Hopkins. After seeing her for my pregnancies, I can feel that she takes care of her patients as her mission (not just a job or business). She treats her patients as her children and is always so compassionate and accommodating. She closely monitored both my babies and me through my pregnancies. She always took her time to listen to my concerns and questions and provided her professional advices. She gave her patients her direct numbers so her patients can reach her for any concerns. She even came back to her office to just see me in a couple of occasions when I didn’t feel right about my pregnancies even at the day she’s off or at night time. It was really a blessing to… have her as my doctor throughout my pregnancies. She doesn’t rely on any nurses or PA’s. She’s doing everything herself so she knows very well about her patients. Although her office is not one those grand/new doctor offices, but the only thing that matters to me is the doctor, the one who’s seeing me for my pregnancy. Her husband works on her front desk and is one of the nicest guy I have met. Together, both my husband and I love their team.

Very knowledgeable doctor with great experience in multiple severe cases. She is always available in her office and replies to call on the spot.

I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Fauzia 11 years ago. In this time, she's been my OB-GYN, my second mom, and even though we share different religious beliefs, my spiritual advisor/counselor. Dr. Fauzia, as my doctor has seen me through 2 pregnancies in which I am blessed with two kids. In both pregnancies, I was high risk, and in both pregnancies, I almost lost my babies If not for two things... GOD FIRST and then Dr. Fauzia and I can honestly say this as a medical professional. In my first pregnancy, I went into preterm labor and was 4 cm dilated at 28 weeks but miraculously was able to carry her to full term due to Dr. Fauzia's knowledge and expertise. With my second child, I went in for a routine visit at about ten weeks and during the exam, we were unable to hear a heartbeat and little to no amniotic fluid was seen via ultrasound. After talking with Dr. Fauzia, I was sent home and asked to come back in about 2 weeks without being given any medications… to induce labor (thankfully) because she advised that it would be better to let my body handle things naturally. At my follow up appointment a few weeks later, during the ultrasound ( Dr. Fauzia, my husband and I), there was my son, heartbeat and all moving around as if nothing had ever happened. In my opinion, Dr. Fauzia is AMAZING!! She's very unassuming, humble (very few physicians give out their cell phone numbers encouraging their patients to call with any concerns they might have), selfless, patient, flexible, very forgiving and kind. She's an honest-to-God humanitarian who genuinely loves and cares for her patients and does things in their best interest without financial gain as her primary objective. In all honesty, her practice in Falls Church is run a little different than what most patients may be used to, and I would not have it any other way. I would encourage anyone who needs an OBY-GYN or a Reproductive Endocrinologist in the DMV area to visit Dr. Fauzia, and when you do, please go in with an open mind and heart because her overall PRO's outweigh whatever CON's you may think she has and it will be worth it. My family and I will be moving over 1000 miles away, and If I am fortunate enough to be blessed with another child, I will do anything in my power to have Dr. Fauzia see me through that pregnancy regardless of the cost and inconvenience.

My miscarriage where she was doing viginal ultrasound on every visit which was every other day in first week of my pregnancy. And gsdtayional diabetes test in 1st week of pregnancy.

It has been a really bad experience !!! I chose this doctor because of good reviews but after being her patient for a while, I understand that all 5 star reviews are fake! Waiting time is more than 45 min, she is unprofessional, cheap (there is no nurses or other helpers AT ALL), I even had to weight myself And measure my blood presure like it is self service clinic...
