Dr. Myunghi Jamie Renslo, MD

I asked Dr. Renslo on three different occasions to explain the surgery to me in a language I can understand. The thirty-two page “After Visit Summary” was blurry and illegible. · Dr. Renslo was alerted multiple times that I can’t take ibuprofen, but there is no evidence that she documented this in my chart or notes. · Dr. Renslo makes notes of my psychological state; however, she is not a psychiatrist and did not ask me about my anxiety. · My weight is listed as 210 pounds. (I weigh 130-140 lbs) · Dr. Renslo denied my request to pick up antibiotics and pain meds prior to surgery. · I was only informed three days prior to surgery that I may wake up with a catheter. Once informed, Dr. Renslo said she could see in my face and body language that I had a genuine fear of the catheter and she would do everything she could to keep me from having to go home with one. I woke from surgery in pain with a catheter, Dr. reprimanded me when I was upset post op. Do not choose this doctor if you are… looking for someone who will treat you kindly and stay with you even if there are complications from surgery.
