You can leave a message and ask for a call back on important issues but you won't get a call back as well as you find out on your own a medication has been called into a pharmacy when you go to renew another. Shameful.

Dr El Sayed does not retire patients phone calls. When he's in the office with you, he's constantly playing with his phone. Just wants to write prescriptions! Very disappointing and lazy good for nothing staff! Especially Rosa in the front office. Will file complaint with Healthcare Partners! Do they check these doctors out? Listen to complaints?

I am always waiting a very long time to see the doctor and each time I see him I go in with a list of things to ask him. He rushes me through and when he leaves, it is always with many questions unresolved and very often times he doesn't give me the prescriptions I had asked for and I have to go back to get them. It seems to me that this doctor is more about rushing in patients like cattle, making sure the appointments are piece meal so he can make more money. I am 85 years old and he doesn't take any time with me at all.

One time as he was ready to tell me my test results he was called and told me I needed to make another appointment to come get my results. When he could have taken a minute or two then move on to his next patient.
