Dr. Nachimuthu is incredibly kind, thorough, and interested in her patients. Despite our appointment starting late, she did not hurry through and listened to me thoroughly as I described my symptoms. She was well versed in my issues and had plenty of insight. She really is an exceptional medical professional.

Explained well, inquired if we had questions & took the time to ensure we understood.

As new patients wanting to get established in the Livingston area; my wife and I can say the process to get established and to schedule our first appointment was quite pleasant. The gentleman that took our call was very courteous and understanding.

She is an awesome compassionate physician who gets to the source of the problem quickly.

This is my second time dealing with Carol and Donna in the office. They routinely put patients on hold and never come back to the phone. After 10-12 minutes of being on hold the only recourse is to call back. Today I was on hold, hung up on ,and then put into voicemail. The office staff Donna said -look we have 40 phone calls and only 2 of us. This is the poor customer service and I don't believe Dr. Nachimuthu is even aware of how rude her staff is to patients and family members.
