Worst experience ever with a doctor and staff. Nagi Sous is the head of ER at Kaiser Sunset. How he got that position is beyond me. My mother was taken to the ER at Kaiser on Sunset by an ambulance after being rear ended. She had no choice in the matter. Upon arriving, she was in pain and strapped to a gurney. After hours of waiting with no one to help her, someone finally came after I complained. It was worse than if Sous didn't come at all. He was dismissive and rude. He was told that she has a preexisting herniated disc that was aggravated by the accident. He did nothing to help ease her pain. He rolled his eyes and sighed at her answers to his questions. Then he left without giving any instructions. After complaining to the hospital administrators, he came and said, "you look fine, go home!" Who does that?! I advise anyone even thinking about joining Kaiser or going to that hospital to go elsewhere.

Dr. Sous is professional, knowledgeable, has excellent follow-up, good communicator (listens carefully, explains thoroughly).
