Spring Clinic---Yr. 2023---Every Single Person, that i have Encountered in this Clinic, has Been Most Professional, Courteous, and More than Kind, to me, a Very Senior Citizen--- Dr. Karimjee talks with me and Takes Ample Time to Discuss my Ongoing Health---His med. prescriptions have been Very Accurate, and Blood Test which He has Done, Most Frequent Tell me, the Hidden Truths-- I Put My Life in His Hands, only after Those of My God---And Dr. Karimjee Has and Does His Very Best, to Allow Me to Live My Life from One Day Unto the Next--- At my Advanced Age, and Completley Alone, I Must Fight to Survive--- Until I Am Called, to Cross This Great River of Life--- I Feel that Dr. Karimjee is Right Next to Me, in My Foxhole, Always There, To Help me Fight Another Day--- And I Also Will Say that Stefenie, My Cronic Care Nurse, Reads, Evaluates, and Tells It, Like It Shows on All Blood Tests---The Truth, So that I Can Then Take My Own Actions, to Further Control, Those Things, Which Are… of and By Me, to Control---- " Doctors and Nurses Cannot Perform Miracles " !!! And Many There are " That Although the Doctor has Given Them Everything Possible, Within His Realm of Responsibility " " They, Themselves, Do Not Appropriately Follow His Advice Nor Procedures, Those That Are Necessary to Help Themselves "----- " We Are Our Own Worst Enemies " !!! So, If You Have to Wait on Dr. Karimjee So, if You Don't Get Babied by the Staff So, If You Just Absolutley R Dissatisfied THEN " Go Into Many, Many, Other Countries in This World and Just See What Bad Really Is " ? " Soldier Up" ---" Be Patient " " And Do Your Part " And If You "Just Can't Deal With It All " " Go Study and Become A Doctor Yourself " " then lets see how well you do " ? If this is Dr Karimjee, I would like to make a formal complaint against your office manager crystal who had 2 different phone agents hang up on me after waiting for 40 minutes. I had an appt today that was confirmed and have already been waiting almost 2 weeks to get my monthly prescription. I took off of work so I could get my refill and then was called 5 mins before my appt and informed i need to call back and reschedule. This is patient neglect and I'm reporting this establishment for exactly that. Crystal should not be managing anything

The staff at the Huntsville Clinic is the worst I have experienced in 50 years. List: Put you on hold and never get back with you, can't follow simple instructions, tell you they are going to help you and never do, cancel appointments while driving to the clinic, he needs a new staff. If things aren't resolved soon I will look for another doctor. No person should go through all the stuff his staff has put me through. I have proof through messages sent.

Doctor is a great listener, very smart, very patient. Juggles many patients but delivers excellent care. The wait can be long but the care is excellent.

Dr. Karimjee operates several clinics in Houston, he has a central number to call for patients needing assistant. His call center is negligent. When you call them you may or may not get through to a representative. They put you on hold, then tell you the person you are trying to call, and to leave your phone number. When you do that no one calls you back. Also, they take weeks to get authorizations from HMO in order to schedule appointments with specialist. At this writing I have been waiting three months to be schedule to see a specialist and I am about ready to go to an emergency room due to the negligence of the doctor's staff and call center.

had to wait 58 min someone to answer the phones and it seem that they are doing us a favor by us calling cant get refill on time it take 6 to 10 day if the "Nurse has time to see your file "

Concern is zero when he’s out of town.

I HAVE BEEN HIS PATIENT FOR 3 OR 4 YEARS NOW. THIS IS THE MOST KINDEST AND PATIENT MAN IN THE WORLD. HE LISTENS TO WHAT I SAY AND THEN DOES SOMETHING ABOUT IT. EVERY ONE OF HIS DIAGNOSIS HAVE BEEN DEAD ON. MY ONLY PROBLEM...HE LEAVES TOWN TOO MUCH. NOT REALLY A PROBLEM...LOL....EVERY TIME HE IS AWAY I GET INJURED OR PUT IN THE HOSPITAL. I TOLD HIM HE COULD NO LONGER TRAVEL. I HAVE THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR HIM AND THE "MAGIC" HE PERFORMS ON ME

Dr Karimjee is a very unique dr,he has seen me for 10 years and is absolutely the nicest man I have ever known,he is very well suited as a family practionet and way beyond,his knowledge of medicine is amazing as well as his memory both short and long term,he will sometimes be a little slower to those who are impatient or seem that way,however he treats each patient as unique and tries to discover any underlying problems that are affecting ones physical health,Dr K is plainly speaking just a very good man with deep human and moral values,you may look but never find a person like him and I dread the day that he will no longer be available to me, As I always look forward to just visiting him and speaking with him as well as my many health problems,I am a veteran and he miacuously understands and speaks intellectually about causes and effects of war.May my God bless this Good Man always.
