Dr. Namrata Sinha, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Namrata since 2015. Both my pregnancies were high risked due to High Blood Pressure and other risk involved with it. I am a mother of two beautiful boys today only because during my first pregnancy, she diagnosed the complications at the right time which required a procedure. The procedure was performed at the right time and because of that, I could make it to full term. During the second pregnancy, she was aware of my situation and took care of it from the beginning. She is a very kind-hearted person and excellent at her job.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. I've also seen the nurse practitioner and she is wonderful.

I was asked to get a pelvic ultra sound and 6 days later has still not responded to the innumerable calls that I have made to her office. Each time I call, I am told she is busy and the nurse will return my call but I am yet to hear from that practice! I am not sure I did the right thing going to this practice as I don't feel like I am in a comforting place.

She is a wonderful doctor I have been with her for many years. She is caring adn understanding of what a patient needs. My cases have not been textbook and clear cut. She puts me at ease and also will answer any questions that I have.

Doctor Choudhary has been with me for my past two pregnancies and I have a third child on the way. It is more than safe to say that I have never had a more compassionate, caring doctor in my life.

She is rude, and fake, and clearly ina rush to see more patients. Does not care at all about the pt. she is treating. Her new doctors and staff are also terribel, and have very little knowledge. Atleast a year ago Dr. Shah was there and would take some time to listen and explain things. Staff is also terribel. I will never go back to this practice again.

We clearly mentioned that needed her at the time of delivery. I understand that based on her calls and routines she will be able to come sometimes and not the other times. Though she was on duty she sent some other doctor who did not know how to stitch properly. The new doctor stitched for almost an hour! I couldn't walk for more than 2 months. I had unbearable pain. Finally we made an appointment with Namratha and she said the stitches were not done right.

Saw Dr. Shah for one reason, she gave a prescription and recommended surgery for the problem. When called to get the prescription refilled, she stated that I needed to see another doctor due to my problem not being gyn related. If that was the case why did she start me on the medication and suggest surgery to fix the problem. That was after waiting almost 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room and in the exam room before seeing the doctor.

Worst customer service,very rude. unprofessional and worst dressed staff.called to complain they don't have a manger. no wonder front people are always on chat and busy playing farmiville.(I play this game too so I know) I had to wait 30 min with no communication with the receptionist coz thy were busy playing games on computer Please Dr choudhary get rid of your staff in sterling. Hire some one mature and professional not school drop outs!!
