Dr. Nancy E Bonachea, MD

She is nasty! Treats patients horrible ! Her receptionist is an illiterate human being. Horrible experience especially when you have an emergency with your eyes and makes you wait for three hours. Horrible experience. She cares about money more than her patients.

Dr. Bonachea is a good Dr. she needs to smile more as she is very pretty when she does. her nurse is the sweetest and friendliest. the front staff has gotten better a few were rude and not the best personalities but a few new ones now.

Dr seems to know what she is doing. She is not a freindly warm doctor. This doctor never smiles and never says hello when she comes in to an exam room. I have work in the medical field for over thirty yrs and have never worked with an md like this. She needs to chill so pts can be more comfortable in her office.

Front staff not friendly. Md friendly if she is having good day. Called office for question on bill the next time I went in to office I heard Secretary discussing with other staff member that I had called to complain about my bill. When I was checking out secretary said I owed Them money and I needed to pay . I preceded to let her know I had mailed in payment. This is not ethical and should not happen in any office. Front office should take a class on how to be pleasant with patients. Not sure if I would recommend any one to this office.

Highly recommend. I called the office 8am on a Monday morning due to a scratched and inflamed eyelid and was seen by the doctor at 8:30. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the doctor was very nice and professional.

Dr. Bonachea has begun to specialize in retinology and is excellent at diagnosing and treating problems. She has twice performed laser surgery for me and it has made a marked difference in my eyesight. I'm a diabetic with retinal neropathy and have been seeing Dr. Bonachea for approx. 7 years.
