Dr. Nancy Kieser Bridgens, DO

I had my first visit with Dr. Bridgens yesterday and was very impressed. She is compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. Unlike some experiences I’ve had elsewhere, it was clear she had reviewed my chart before coming in, and she took the time to ask thoughtful questions, listen to my history, and make sure I had the chance to ask anything on my mind. I appreciated that she thoroughly reviewed my record and even suggested something proactive I could research to support my long-term health. She also gave me several safe options for a concern I raised, encouraged me to look into them on my own, and let me know she’d be available through the patient portal if I decided to move forward. I valued not feeling pressured to make a quick decision in the exam room and felt supported instead. The visit itself was smooth and efficient. I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room, for vitals, or for the doctor. Checkout took only a couple of minutes, and every staff member I interacted with was… friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The facility is modern and well maintained, with plenty of parking. It’s located in a shopping and dining area, which I didn’t realize ahead of time—next time I’ll plan my day around that! My only disappointment was that the complex doesn’t have EV charging stations. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Bridgens and this office.

Dr. Bridgens is a phenomenal doctor. She cares. She takes the time to call you personally if the need exists. She's just a nice person.

went to this doctor after finding her on my insurance's listings seeking help with extremely heavy, abnormal bleeding and crippling cramps. The first three appointments seemed to go ok. I had little trouble reaching her for help and the appointments went smoothly. She often seemed to 'forget' I was there, but that only lead to another 10-15 minutes of waiting for her to see me beyond what one would consider acceptable in the actual room. I was none too pleased when the she immediately leapt to "Let's do a D&C" because she didn't know what else to do. I'd had these problems before and TOLD her so, but it seemed what I informed her of in my history she didn't want to take into account.The initial treatment she had me on was fine for a week. I called her asking for help because I had begun having issues and bleeding again just as bad as I was when I went to see her. I called her on a Thursday and was told they'd call back before the end of the day to see what treatment they could offer… and also to check on the price of a D&C through my insurance. No call back was received. I called back Friday morning to be apologized to and told I'd get a call back before the end of the day. Again, no call was received. I spent the weekend rather miserably waiting for Monday to come around, only to find her office closed. I called their emergency on call doctor to be told that she had taken 'a lot of personal time off' and wouldn't be in the office for some time. If I wanted them to help, I'd have to see them, have yet another expensive, painful ultrasound done, and hope they knew what to do.Thanks, but no thanks. I'm going elsewhere to a doctor my friends and family can recommend.Maybe she's good with pregnancies, but if you're not ready to child bear yet or have a problem entirely unrelated to pregnancy, don't go to this doctor.

Appreciate caring and professional staff. Appointment time is usually pretty accurate so don't have to wait long! My concerns are taken seriously and dealt with appropriately.
