Dr. Lachapelle is caring but a no nonsense therapist. Our sessions have been meaningful and clarified my outlook on many things I've been pondering. She listens and provides insightful feedback. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Lachapelle is an expert within many areas of psychology and I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a trustworthy, compassionate, no-nonsense, and intelligent therapist. I have been seeing her for over a year, and truly appreciate that she takes the time to really listen, discuss, and analyze all of the various aspects of my life. These include struggles with parenting, cancer, marriage, family crises, past traumas, and many more issues surrounding anxiety and depression. As a person of color, I am very surprised to read any reviews accusing her of being a racist. Nothing could be further from the truth. If you are interested in engaging and going on an emotionally rewarding journey with a true professional, look no further.
