The nurse call back is up to 48 hrs. I have never had them call me back! My BP has been high for 2 weeks and I ended up in the ER. Still no sense of urgency or care. Switched doctors.

Dr. Wolfe was rude and belittled me during the visit. She did not ask basic questions and had an attitude from the start. She did not provide any responses to my inquiries and her advise was unhelpful. Will never visit again! I do not recommend seeing her unless you want to be treated in a condescending way.

GOOD FAMILY FACILITY

I like Dr. Sidberry very much. I have been a patient of hers for about 10 years. While she can be no-nonsense...I feel at ease and very confident in her level of expertise and skill. She reminds of the long-time family physician who has seen it all and can very quickly assess what's happening in my body based on her years of experience. When she checks me over she does way more than any other physician who has attended me. She checks my glands, reflexes, monitors all vital signs etc.each time I see her. I want a doctor who is thorough and she is very thorough. She knows what she is doing and I trust her which is vitally important in a patient physician relationship. I especially like that she has the testing equipment on site at her office for blood work and x-rays etc. When I'm sick I don't like to have to drive to a different facility for tests and then return to the primary care physician for a diagnosis. If any followup is needed to report test results, I'm told when I can… expect a follow up call and I always receive a call. If I need a follow-up appointment, she gives me a day and asks that I scheduled that appointment with her staff. I love that I can "walk-in" for an appointment early in the morning when there is almost no wait and I can get in and out quickly. When I feel sick that's a real plus. A few times I have had to wait a little longer to be seen, but not without legitimate reason and not an unreasonable amount of wait-time. When I see her nurse practitioner I feel satisfied with her care also. The office location is very convenient in the Maryland Farms area with easy parking.

When I am ill she has been very accurant with my diagnosis and in doubt will do test. I have one problem she has not been able to identify. I have to request to see the doctor otherwise I will see a Nurse Practioner. The office personal need better people skills. I find she is a physician who is about business and not about conversation. However, she and I laugh and talk on most of my visits. The patient must also take responsibility in asking the physician questions and talking to the doctor. I have no complaints about her knowledge or her care for my health issues.

She had a lot of awards on her wall, which were impressive, but no bedside manner AT ALL.

My husband and I decided 10 years ago...to check out Dr. Wolfe's office because it was REALLY close to where we lived at the time. It was "perfect" for us...when we came down with a cold or sinus infection. She has a staff of several PRN's which have been very helpful.The problem is...I've NEVER personally met this person in the whole 10 years I've been going. CRAZY, even after I was diagnosed with a serious illness. Still, it's five years later. She has also not referred me to a specialist. Why? I had a nurse friend who asked me WHY I am not seeing a specialist. My husband and I HAVE had billing issues as well from tacking on every little test they can get a way with. My husband went in to get his cholesterol checked. The staff took over five vials of blood! Why?? He felt like he was donating to the blood bank. Turned out...when we got the insurance covered expense sheet...there were a LOT of tests run...that we were not aware of ahead of time. WHY???Typically there office is FULL… when it comes to flu and cold seasons. My visit the other day...was surprisingly SLOW. Less than 5 minutes to get in to do some routine blood work. WHY??Her staff in billing...leaves a LOT to be desired. Last year, we went in for the annual stuff, handed our new insurance cards to the ladies behind the counter when we checked in. They gave us the review sheet....which we verified everything as correct... paid our copay, saw the PRN's. THEN we get a FINAL NOTICE bill from Dr. stating that our insurance would not pay for services rendered AND if we did not pay...we would be taken to collections. My husband and I called the Dr's office...and found out that THEY billed it to the wrong insurance co. We were also told that WE had to correct it on our end. It wasn't THEIR responsibility. Yep, we were actually told that. After several hours and phone calls between insurance co and dr office, we finally got it resolved. WE not they and it was THEIR mistake. WHY???We've moved away now...almost an hour from her office. Considering that I STILL haven't met this woman...I don't know WHY we are still going to see her. My husband has great insurance...which pretty much any doctor will take. I guess this is WHY we sat down last night and are beginning our search for a new doctor.This office is good...when you do get a cold or flu and need some antibiotics instead of going to a "Doc in a box". Other than that, WHY EVEN BOTHER...

Dr Sidberry seems unhappy, and therefore disinterested. She seldom smiles and there is no attempt to put her patients at ease. She is clearly intelligent, but I have found that to be insufficient because I'm left feeling as if she doesn't care whether I live or die. If that's over the top, let's say she doesn't care about my quality of life. Telling me that I'm just getting older doesn't cut it. I've been hearing that from her for years and I still haven't hit 50. What should I expect in the future? I shouldn't have to beg for a referral to see a specialist when I've been suffering with the same ailment for YEARS. This is the only life I have and I can't leave it in her hands any longer. I have to have confidence in my provider and although I think she has the intelligence to take care of me, I just don't think she cares.

Dr. Wolfe-Sidberry was uncaring and impersonal when I saw her. She added additional tests onto the bill that were not performed. The billing office refused to correct the situation. Shouldn't be surprised. They've tried to bulk up the bill before by doing unnecessary tests (like blood work for pink eye). Even when the test is refused, it still somehow shows up on the bill.They bill a different amount each time I go for an office visit. Never know how much I'll be charged. I've always paid my bills in full, but when I refused to pay for incorrect charges, they've threatened to ruin my credit.There are other reviews for this doctor online that back up what I'm saying.
