I was on the phone with her for less than 3 minutes. She cut me off and seemed extremely irritated. If you didn't want a new patient just say so. If you don't want to accommodate in anyway during a pandemic just say so. No need to get nasty with someone who is just looking for some help.

Very unprofessional and lots of leading questions using words that define a persons feelings, such as: this will cause alot of anxiety and be a long process, don't you feel that you're being put in an unhealthy situation, tell him how you feel unsafe. She puts words in the mouth of clients. Completely unprofessional! Honestly surprised that she graduated from such great schools.
