Caring and thorough. He is a pleasure to work with. I wish more doctors were as empathetic and pleasant as Dr. Watters.

Not only does he lack any bed side manner, but he also lacks all compassion. He left a message for me about genetic testing I had done for my pregnancy. He left what I considered to be an alarming message and cause for worry because he told me I needed further testing and the results weren't where they wanted them to be. Not only did I have to call back and leave a message for him, but after anxiously waiting, I called back only to hear he did get my message and just had yet to call me. He then tells me I still need another test and he doesn't have all the information yet. So why bother calling me to leave such a message if you don't know everything? He then had the audacity to tell me "techs don't know what they are talking about because they don't do the genetic counseling," he then told me I should have checked with a doctor prior to leaving. How should I know to do that?! I am a first time mom and this "doctor" basically made me feel like an inadequate mother for not knowing… better. He was absolutely pompous and callus. I would not recommend him and he better not be the doctor on delivery because I refuse to deal with him further.
