Dr. Nathan David Whitmore, MD

Went to Dr Whitmore for yearly exam. When he ask me how I was feeling I said really good just had a question him. I ask about a weird pain I had in my side and he said oh probably a muscle. Without exam or anything he charged me an extra office visit because I ask a question in a yearly exam. I was shocked to say the least. When I ask I was told to call billing. Then to call medical records. Then it was under review. Then I had to go on my chart. Then I had to call office. Finally after 4 months I was told by office manager it was because I ask him a question during my visit. Will be looking for a new Dr.

My 5 month old woke up with a swollen blood shot "pink eye" crusted shut with a white discharge. Called Dr. Whitmore and his unprofessional staff. We were told to take her to immediate care they wouldn't work her in. I also have a 4 year old and explained my concern of pink eye and its contagiousness... We were told take her somewhere else they were booked. First doctor I've heard of that would see a baby for pinkeye!? I had trouble with one of the heifers at the front desk after she talked to me like I was trash because my daughter is on passport; at a previous appointment. Dr. Whitmore seemed like a great doctor, I'm very upset he wouldn't see my 5 month old daughter! Beware if you're on passport...
