Dr. Natu Patel is very skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate and accepting of Everyone. Good bedside manner. Listens and explains in a way that easy to understand and then apply to one's life. There is a place of acceptance for Anyone here in this warm house setting environment. The staff is very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and respectful of All the patients, and their confidentiality. They all work collaboratively and with the physicians to provide the patient with the "best course of treatment" for overall health. Office waiting room is Big with clean toys to keep the babies and tots occupied. Medical Info. on waiting room TV, Radio, Large windows around to enjoy the outside sky and surroundings by parking lot. All of the rooms are clean and inviting, esp., during Breast Cancer Awareness Month decorated in pinks to raise awareness and join in solidarity in the Fight to end Breast Cancer. (Mammograms are easier now and can help save lives). There are always holiday… decorations and a huge Yuletide tree. Everyone's appearance is clean and professional. Well mannered. Great bedside manners. Wheel-chair accommodating office. Small private bathroom is for everyone. In my eons of being their patient, I feel blessed that they've continued to be there as my medical team family who really have my overall health and best interest at hand. From newborn to senior Care, you won't be disappointed in letting them provide help when and where they can or even refer you to their specialists. Dr. Natu Patel, Dr. Merlyn Johnson and all who work at Audubon Medical Center, Tower Health System care about their patients placing them before anything else. It's relieving to see that the Hippocratic oath still means something sacred to this medical family. ~MSC

If you have any true concerns regarding your health and well being be cautious in accepting any diagnoses from this practitioner. I have had several incidents while under his care, one of which while due to his wrong diagnoses, and arrogant nature, led me to the E.R. The most recent was one of his staff claiming my insurance was not sufficient to cover an office visit five days following my examination. This interrupted my appointment with a specialist and caused me to drop his services if only to preserve my life. If you have any true concerns regarding your health and well being THINK before you seek this practitioners help.

I have been going to Dr. Natu Patel for years and he is an excellent doctor who cares about his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel. Sometimes there's a little wait in the office, but that's at every Medical facility. The care given by the Dr. is excellent and his staff is great. What more could you ask for?
