Dr. Neal Troy Holm, MD

His Decisions are bogus. He recommended me a Mastectomy I refused got other options. The other options told me MASTECTOMY WASN’T EVEN AN OPTION. Dr. Holmes said Chemotherapy wasn’t an option for me. That’s the Second Lie he told me. He also told me when I asked him are you telling me the same thing you would tell your wife or Mother he said yes. That’s the 3rd lie. how many people had Mastectomies because Dr. Neal Holm told themWhat if he told you just like he told me and you really didn’t need them. I would have lost my Boob for A MISJUDGMENT? I can’t get it back. HE STATED IN SUGGESTIONS I GET A DOUBLE MASTECTOMY BECAUSE MOST AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN AS HE STATED ARE SCARED THAT THE CANCER WILL SPREAD TO THE OTHER BREAST. REALLY ONLY AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN?? Just like I told you Dr. Neal Holm God and I was gonna look Further. You told me you respect my FAITH, BUT I TOLD YOU IT WASN’T NO BUT IN FAITH. MY FAITH DIDN’T LET ME LISTEN TO YOU AND I BECOME BOOBLESS. THANK YOU GOD. Can’t Trust

Dr Holm is an outstanding doctor and surgeon. He performed two surgeries on me in the summer and fall of 2018. I highly recommend Dr Holm. He loves what he does and he has an awesome personality.

I have not made it for my follow up appointment after my laparoscopic cholecystectomy, but first thing in the morning he came explain what was going on in detail, what my options were to fix it, and right after I was sent up to the OR with him already waiting to get started. Since the surgery I have put on 8pounds (4 days ago) and been eating non stop, finally!(I am severely underweight). He made sure I was eating well, and discussed pain treatment options to keep me as comfortable as possible as I recover. Only had to spend 2 nights in the hospital. For the first time in months I actually feel good and at peace with myself. I would recommend Dr. Holm anyday! I feel I have finally got my quality of life back

Unless you want an unsuccessful surgery with horrible scars...do NOT go to this doctor. I sure wish someone would have warned me!!!

Dr. Holm and his staff were fantastic. He treated my husband like he was his own father. He is kind, courteous, empathetic and compassionate. He felt he could not do the type of surgery my husband required, so he referred us to Ochsner's. Someone else could have done the surgery and not cared about the outcome. I am so thankful for having met Dr. Holm. His assistant, Marsha, has been outstanding in helping me with the referrals and the insurance. I have never met such special people ever in dealing with the Medical community and I would highly recommend Dr. Holm to anyone!!! Thank you all so much. Nancy Irwin

Dr.holm is an excellent skilled doctor. He takes time to answer your questions and does not treat you like a dummy. He is polite and cares about his patients .when you are under his care you know that you will be taken care 200%.God has blessed Dr. Holm with skill and knowledge.Thanks for taking such good care of my mom.
